The most cost efficient choice is the Curated Elbow Room. Choose a models and size from our predetermined design sets. Select options from our interior design packages and available upgrades.
Tailored
Choose your model and size. Then select from our menu of options to add or move windows, doors, and interior walls.
Bespoke
Are you considering off-menu special features or entirely different plans? Apply to be a Bespoke customer. We take on a limited number of custom projects for clients with out-of-the-box ideas. Ask your sales representative for more information.
What If You Need One Small Change?
Sometimes moving a door or adding a window makes a lot of sense. We understand that pre-determined plans can be a little more perfect with a minor alteration.
You can make small changes to our pre-engineered plans by purchasing a customization package. We accommodate these situations on a case-by-case basis.
These types of changes may result in increased costs. We'll provide a quote for the plan rewrite and any additional costs based on the changes—so there are never any surprises.
