Interior package
Step 01
It starts with a conversation about your vision, your needs, and your property. You'll learn about our models, options, and pricing, and we'll get a feel for how you want to use your new space.

Step 02
We visit your property to talk through your goals and check site conditions like access, placement, and utilities. That way there are no surprises later.
site visit
Step 03
We finalize your model, size, and finishes together. You'll get a detailed fixed-price proposal with your selected upgrades included. For ADUs, we also handle permit drawings and city approvals. Your job ends when the plan is finalized. From there, it's on us.
design & Quote
Step 04
Our crew takes it from foundation to finishes. You'll get weekly updates and photos through your online client portal, so you're always in the loop.
Build
Step 05
We walk through your finished space together, show you how everything works, and hand over the keys along with your one-year workmanship warranty. Then it's all yours.
