What could affect my ADU price? Every site is different. Items like utility upgrades, temporary electric poles, or city fees apply only when your project needs them. We'll review what applies with you before you sign, and we recommend keeping $5,000 to $10,000 in reserve.

ADUs come with a 10-2-1 warranty.

Why Elbow Room

Plan on 3 to 5 months for permitting and 4 to 6 months for construction on average. Permitting is hard to predict, and weather, procurement, scheduling, and permit review can all affect timing.
