Permitting submissions, revisions, and inspections can be serious headaches. But you can trust Elbow Room to handle all of that for you. Plus, we include these fees in our pricing. 

Select from one of our six designs and multiple sizes. Our two collections help guide you in the right direction. If you want a permit-free, fast, and affordable Elbow Room choose a Wiggle Room. If you want something that includes plumbing and/or a kitchen, then a Home Room  is right for you. 

Every unit comes with foundation,  A/C, electrical wiring, insulation, and interior and exterior finishes. Plus, we include plans, permitting, and permitting fees. We handle scheduling and inspections for your utility hook-ups, too. 

 You don’t have to worry about surprise costs. We are clear and upfront about our pricing structure. The price for the building is online. We may charge a destination fee for areas outside of the greater San Antonio area. And we get a separate quote for utility connections, so that you get a fair price for your particular property.  Another bonus, is it's tax free!
